Bio
Kristi Lafoon was born and reared in Virginia Beach, VA, which alone makes her somewhat odd. Very few stay in this transient military area. But Kristi has been learning to stay since day one. She started writing at the tender and disgruntled age of 12 when grief entered in and took someone she'd never considered living without.
The journey to writing full-time has involved many adventures and misadventures, including a ten year stint in the accounting world and almost as many in higher ed, tens of thousands of miles traveled from here to there and back again and an untold number of stories collected.
